Important information about your reservation

Cancellation Policy

NB. We don't offer refunds in case of cancellation. However, you can reschedule your booking up to one week before check-in.

Payment

A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your arrival date. For bookings made less than 14 days in advance, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Check-in/Check-out

Check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM for a personal welcome. After 10:00 PM, self check-in is available any time starting from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Check-out time is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Security Deposit

2000 Aed refundable deposit for Dubai. For Beirut 100$ for small units. 200$ for bigger ones.

Pet Policy

As much as we love animals, we’re unable to accommodate pets in our properties—except for service animals, of course. If you're bringing a service animal, just let us know in advance so we can prepare for a smooth stay!
