We offer a strict cancellation policy. While bookings are non-refundable, guests are welcome to reschedule their stay—provided the request is made at least 7 days before check-in. Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability and must be for the same property.

Parking availability varies by destination. In Dubai, most of our properties include dedicated parking spaces or access to secure building parking. In Beirut, while private parking is not available, guests can usually find free street parking in front of the building. Additionally, there are four public parking lots nearby for added convenience.
